The email-address used for your order will be forwarded to the carrier for the purpose of tracking your package.

If not stated differently, all orders ship within 1-2 business days. Pre-oders can only be shipped when the item has been released. Release dates published by the manufacturors may change and the release may be delayed.

Domestic shipping within Germany is free for orders over 100€. The shipping charge for orders under 100€ is 4,99€ (DPD) respectively 7,49€ (UPS). Delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 business day but can vary on occasion.

International shipping cost depends on weight and destination. Shipping cost will be shown when checking out after you have entered your address and before you submit your order. Delivery time for international shipments depens on the destination country and the shipping method chosen.
